THK Associates, Inc. is looking for a Landscape Designer with 1‐3 years of experience to join the Landscape/Planning department. This position will require a team player with verbal communication skills who will participate in projects led by various project managers. The position also requires good time and work/task management skills. It is expected that this full‐time position will be filled immediately. There is opportunity for advancement with demonstration of ability to perform.
THK is a highly collaborative group of passionate and environmentally focused Landscape Architects and Designers who work on a wide variety of projects including river restoration, transportation, parks, trails, greenways urban design, regional and community planning and visualization. Candidates should have a well‐rounded background and a wide range of interests, a strong work ethic and a desire to be involved and exposed to many different project types. Additional skills that will help the selected candidate succeed include good graphic and written communication skills, ability to multi‐task and organize, ability to complete tasks on set deadlines, ability to work in a team environment, initiative to take on additional responsibilities and strong hand drawing skills are preferred.

REQUIRED: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
PREFERRED: SketchUp and SketchUp extensions, Civil 3‐D, GIS, Lumion
Education: Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
