Since 2000, THK has been responsible for planning and zoning of this 200 acre site in Aurora. The site is characterized by gently sloping, varied terrain affording panoramic views of the front range and the Continental Divide. The community will be adjacent to the future South Aurora Parkway to the north and Kings Point Way to the west providing excellent access to nearby shopping, employment and recreation amenities in both Aurora and Parker. THK continues to provide planning and landscape architectural services for this master planned community.
In 2018, THK assisted the client with the zoning and annexation of Highlands at Kings Point to the south into the Town of Parker. THK continues to work with the City of Aurora and adjacent developer of Kings Point North to ensure that the connectivity and access required is provided.
