For over eight years Dunn + Kiley has worked with the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (CCN BID) to assist with updating Denver’s Area Plan, Re-Zoning, managing a building boom with over two billion dollars of reinvestment, construction compliance standards, design guidelines, and working as the BID’s owners representative for new projects that impact the BID’s public right of way.
