Affordable and Senior Housing Projects Throughout Colorado

Dunn + Kiley are the technical advisors to The Healthy Housing Fund developed using Cordis Certified Healthy criteria, funded by The Colorado Health Foundation and Managed by the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).  The program was created to incentivize Affordable and Senior Housing projects to integrate Healthy Housing standards into the design and operation of their projects. Currently more than 20 projects in Colorado have applied and been reviewed for compliance.  The fund provides up to $500,000 in low interest loans to projects that successfully integrate all 23 criteria.
