Iannuzzi Residence
Client:
Working with Michael Ertel, architect, and Sal Iannuzzi, Chris Dunn, while a principal at SE Group, developed an extensive site and landscape plan for the 120 acre farm in Woodstock, Vermont. The house addition and associated site work/landscape was designed to appear as though it had always been part of the compound. Local stone was utilized to create walls that provided a visual transition between house and hill and to create a series of useable lawn terraces leading down to the Town road.
