The Coloradan
Client:
Working with East Partners, Dunn + Kiley analyzed The Coloradan, a 342-unit condominium development adjacent to Denver’s historic Union Station. Utilizing the Cordis Certified Healthy criteria and scoring system the D+K team analyzed and advised on how best to integrate the more than 300 health focused criteria into the building’s design and operations. East West Partners integrated most of the recommendations into the building and sold all units within 18 months.
