The 18 Road trail system, also known as the North Fruita Desert Recreation Area, is a popular mountain biking area, with more than 65,000 people annually now visiting the 83 miles of trails, staying in the campgrounds and using the facilities. The City of Fruita is asking residents to take a survey to help it envision a master plan for the region.
