Manitou Springs Creekwalk Design receives additional funding

The Colorado Springs Health Foundation has awarded the City of Manitou Springs $100,000 to help further the design of the City's Creekwalk Trail Design Project.  THK was awarded the contract in November and is in the early stages of the planning process.  The goal of the project is to connect sections of the Midland Greenway to the Ring the Peaks Trail through the City of Manitou Springs.  The Pikes Peak Rural Transportation Authority (PPRTA) has committed $1.4 million in 2019 to construct segments of the Creekwalk.
